Cauliflower: Mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup water, 1 tsp salt and garlic powder and toss with 1 head of cauliflower.
Spread on baking sheet and cook at 450 for 20min until golden brown.
Toss with 3/4 cup buffalo sauce and put back in oven for 10 min.
Salad: Spring mix, diced celery, diced red onion, chopped cucumber, and @daiyafoods vegan ranch dressing.
