Chipotle Hummus and Baked Whole Wheat Pita Chips Snack Box

For the Hummus:
- 1 can chickpeas
 - Juice of one lemon
 - 1/4 cup tahini
 - 1 clove of garlic
 - 2 Tbsp of olive oil
 - 2-3 canned chipotle peppers
 - 1/2 Tsp of cumin
 - salt to taste
 
Blend until smooth and top with olive oil and paprika.
For the Pita chips: 
Cut the pita bread into triangles, brush with olive oil, sprinkle paprika and salt, then roast in the oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
