Coconut Strawberry Popsicles

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or agave for a sweeter taste)

  • 5 fresh strawberries, sliced

🍴 Instructions

  1. Place sliced strawberries into the Ecozoi popsicle molds.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk and maple syrup. Stir until well blended.

  3. Pour the coconut mixture over the strawberries in the molds.

  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
