Coconut Strawberry Popsicles

1 can of coconut milk
 - 
2 tbsp maple syrup (or agave for a sweeter taste)
 
🍴 Instructions
- 
Place sliced strawberries into the Ecozoi popsicle molds.
 - 
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk and maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
 - 
Pour the coconut mixture over the strawberries in the molds.
 - 
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
 - 
To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
