Greek Pasta Salad with Air Fried Chickpeas and a Side Salad
Pasta salad dressing: Juice of 1 lemon, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 Tsp Greek seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
Salad: Macaroni noodles, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 red onion diced, 1 English cucumber chopped, Kalamata olives, banana peppers, and fresh dill
Air fried chickpeas: Rinse and drain 1 can of chickpeas and toss with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Air fry at 350 for 10 minutes.
