Homemade Chipotle Hummus and Baked Whole Wheat Pita Chips
This fun snack box includes homemade hummus and pita with a side of veggies!
Hummus: 1 can chickpeas, juice of one lemon, 1/4 cup tahini, 1 clove of garlic, 2 Tbsp of olive oil, 2-3 canned chipotle peppers, 1/2 Tsp of cumin, salt to taste, topped with olive oil and paprika.
Pita chips: Cut the pita into triangles, brush with olive oil, sprinkle paprika and salt, roast in the oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
