Mediterranean Orzo Salad

Salad: 8oz cooked orzo, 1 15oz can of chickpeas rinsed, 1 diced shallot, 1/2 cup diced roasted red pepper, 1/2 cup of halved kalamata olives, 2 Tbsp chopped parsley.

Dressing: Juice of 1-1/2 lemons, 3 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard, 2 Tsp agave, 1 Tsp Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
