Good solid ice trays. I like having 12 large cubes instead of lots of tiny ones, especially for cold brew and cocktails. The handle makes releasing them easier too.

Waited a few months before writing this review to have some time with these ice trays. I've only used these to freeze filtered water. They're GREAT! Only buy these if you're willing to read and follow directions. Don't expect this to be like other ice trays you've used in the past, because they likely aren't - they're very different from what I've ever used before. The most important thing for me was to have stainless steel ice cube trays that are functional for a long time, and these fit the bill. To those who posted critical reviews - I wonder, did you read and follow the directions? Because if you didn't, that should be stated in your review, ""I didn't read any directions. "" I did not expect to receive a device that was as easy to operate as plastic or silicon trays. Such a device that is that easy AND is made of stainless steel doesn't exist, at least not to my knowledge. If stainless steel is what you're looking for and you're willing to read and follow simple directions, this is your product. Bought this container along with these to hold the ice and the ""Winco Anti-Jamming Steam Pan, 1/4 by 2 1/2-Inch"" fits perfectly on top of the rack.
