These are proudly designed in Texas, USA and are made in our China facility to strict quality control standards.
What kind of finish was used on the cutting board?
We use organic vegetable food oil to treat the cutting board. We also recommend only plant based cutting board oils for on-going maintenance and cleaning. Please see Use & Care instructions for more info. on this.
Does the trays come with lids?
No. They do not come with lids.
Can you completely pull out the drawers or trays?
Yes you can. Each one comes out & you swap it to the end (open section) so you can slide whatever your cutting across to the hole & into the drawer. Handy for cleaning too.
Is this product dishwasher safe?
Yes. However, we suggest to use warm soap water only for the longevity of the product.

Use a regular mild dish soap or a pH balanced soap, and wash in soapy hot water. Use a cleaning cloth to scrub away stuck on food particles. Do not use in Dishwasher.
Rinse in warm water. Pat-Dry with a clean cloth to the best of your ability, then stand them up right in your dish dryer/drainer to complete the drying process.
Re-hydrate them with mineral oil, or bamboo conditioning oil (found in most kitchen supply stores) once every month. To use the oil, apply several drops to a clean cloth and rub all over the cutting board. Repeat this process if necessary. Let the board cure for a day or two before using again.
