Arugula Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Recipe:
Salad: Arugula, mandarin oranges, blueberries, and walnuts.
Dressing: 2 Tbsp agave, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 Tsp salt, 1/2 Tsp pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup of oil
Sides are wasabi rice crackers, wasabi almonds and grapes
